What to wear? Come explore your creativity by re-designing, embellishing, and letting your imagination run wild, with these selected patterns. The Single Pattern / Wearable Art contest will take place on Friday, May 11, 2012, with the Friday Night Social.

The Future Fashion Folio

Submit your unique designs. A panel will decide from the sketches, submitted from around the world, for the Folio. Then you'll get a chance to select an amazing outfit and recreate it!

CC Runway

Costume-Con 30 is bringing its own version of Project Runway to our members. As might be imagined, there will be some differences. We certainly don’t have 15 weeks to run our version!

Historical Masquerade

The Historical Masquerade celebrates the history of costume, including all cultures, periods, and types of dress.  It recognizes creativity, scholarship, stage presentation, and workmanship skills in the context of historical clothing.

Fantasy & Science Fiction Masquerade

Display your fantasy and science fiction costume creations on stage.  It recognizes creativity, stage presentation, and workmanship skills. The masquerade will be held 8:30pm on the Saturday of the convention.

Video Masquerade

Have an idea for a masquerade skit that you would never be able to do on stage? Film and edit to your heart's content. Costumes of any genre are appropriate, including costumed puppets and dolls.

Quilt Contest

Any theme, colors, embellishments or fabrics are allowable. Entries must meet the definition of a quilt: top, batting, and backing held together with stitching. The entry may be the product of a group of quilters. Wearable Art is also able to be entered into the Quilt Contest!
